Refund policy
We want you to love your piece. If it is not right for you, you can return it.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Returns within 30 days
In addition, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Because our pieces are handmade, please handle them with care when trying them on.
How to return
- Email us at leilanymontesv@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Send the items to: BALIKISS, S.L., Carrer de Sant Josep 1, 3-A, 43004 Tarragona, Spain.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund you using the original payment method, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until we have received the items before issuing the refund. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund includes the standard shipping cost of your original order; return shipping is not refunded.
If an item is returned used, damaged or without its tags, we may deduct an amount proportional to its loss of value.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item and place a new order.
Faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, email us with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights under Spanish and EU consumer law.
