Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship globally from our logistics hub in Spain. Standard European shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 days. Please note that each piece is handcrafted, so custom orders require an additional 2 weeks for production before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Custom pieces and sale items are final sale. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Jewelry Care
Our silver and brass pieces naturally oxidize over time. To maintain their luster, keep them away from moisture and harsh chemicals. Store them in the provided cotton pouch and gently polish with a soft cloth when needed.
Custom Orders
We love creating bespoke pieces. If you have a specific vision or need a non-standard ring size, please email us with your request. Custom orders typically take 3-4 weeks to conceptualize and craft in Bali.
