Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our studio in Tarragona, Spain, within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs €6.99 in Spain (free on orders over €55), €8.99 to the rest of the EU and €12.99 internationally. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties paid by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Email us with your order number to start a return.
Caring for Your Pieces
Our pieces are handmade, so treat them gently. Hand wash crochet and knitwear in cold water and lay flat to dry. Keep rattan bags away from water and prolonged sun. Each product page has its own care instructions.
Sizing
Our yoga wear comes in EU sizes 34–40 and has 4-way stretch. Most crochet pieces are one size with adjustable ties. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help you choose.
